Сoordination and control of comprehensive programs for the development of the Bank, based on the strategic development goals of the Bank;

Сoordination and control of the work of branches and regular visits to branches/regions;

Analysis of the effectiveness of new and existing non-credit banking products and services;

Establishing business plans for branches for non-credit banking products and services and assisting in the implementation of plans in accordance with the established annual business plan;

Constant monitoring of the implementation of established business plans;

Regular visits to branches/regions to control and monitor work processes.

Higher economic education;

At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector;

Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and regulatory documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating banking activities;

Availability of leadership and organization skills in teamwork and business communication;

Skills in economic analysis, planning and forecasting, data synthesis and reporting;

Skills in developing methodological, methodological and analytical materials.

Knowledge of the Kyrgyz and Russian languages, knowledge of English is an advantage;
