Attracting clients and increasing the Bank's client base;
Fulfillment of established plans, cross-selling banking products;
Conducting a high-quality and timely financial analysis of the client’s business in order to determine its overall solvency, stability and creditworthiness;
Preparation of an expert opinion on the project with justification for the decision on the advisability of financing it or changing the terms of financing for an existing loan;
Ensuring proper compliance with the requirements of the Bank's regulatory documents when issuing loans.
Higher economic education (minimum bachelor's degree), or compensated by work experience in the banking sector;
At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector;
At least 2 years of experience in the lending industry;
Skills in selling banking products/services to clients;
Knowledge of banking legislation;
Сommunication skills and a high culture of communication with clients and partners.
