Participating in ABS development projects (enhancements, integrations, new modules);
Participating in IT projects and developing project documentation;
Testing functionality;
Analyzing the effectiveness of implemented solutions and preparing reports;
Maintaining documentation: instructions, diagrams, process descriptions.
Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the development and optimization of ABS;
Organizing testing of new ABS functions and modules;
Preparing test scenarios;
Participating in identifying errors in ABS operations and resolving issues;
Higher education in economics, information technology, or related disciplines;
At least 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst in the banking sector/fintech;
Experience working with automated banking systems; knowledge of ABS systems is an advantage;
Skills in drafting technical documentation and modeling business processes;
Skills in organizing testing (preferred);
Strong skills in writing business and functional requirements;
SQL skills and proficient use of Excel.
