Senior/Lead Specialist - Accounting and Reporting Department

Control of the correct reflection of banking operations in accounting accounts;

Participation in conducting inventories, preparation of primary documentation, and compilation of internal acts;

Interaction with external auditors and regulatory authorities during inspections;

Participation in automation and optimization of accounting processes;

Maintaining accounting records in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (NBKR), and internal documents of the Bank;

Preparation of accounting and financial statements;

Preparation and submission of Periodic Regulatory Banking Reports in accordance with NBKR requirements;

Calculation of economic ratios regulating banking activities;

Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and legislation in the field of reporting;

Interaction with relevant Bank departments and regulatory authorities.

Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, NBKR regulatory acts, and internal Bank regulations;

Higher education in economics or finance;

Work experience in the banking system of at least three years;

Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

Practical knowledge in the field of accounting and financial reporting, as well as regulatory reporting requirements;

High level of responsibility, attention to detail, analytical abilities, ability to work with large volumes of information.
