Head of Economic Department

Development of financial strategies, budget planning, and preparation of business plans;

Preparation of monthly reports on the Bank's business plan execution, analysis of financial performance, and forecasting of financial results;

Analysis of the Bank’s overall activities, including its regional and structural divisions; providing recommendations to the Bank's Management based on analysis results;

Preparation of proposals for optimizing the Bank's financial and economic activities;

Coordination of the Bank’s departments’ expenditures in accordance with the approved Bank Budget;

Preparation of current and short-term liquidity forecasts;

Monitoring the Bank’s compliance with economic standards and requirements set by the NBKR;

Analysis of the banking sector of the Kyrgyz Republic;

Participation in the preparation of various reports.

Strong communication skills with team members and other departments of the Bank;

Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English (preferred);

Higher education in economics or finance;

At least four years of work experience in the banking sector in a relevant position, including at least two years in a managerial role;

Confident computer user, advanced Excel skills;

Knowledge of finance, accounting, financial statement analysis, and other financial aspects;

Understanding of banking legislation and regulatory acts;

Knowledge of basic banking operations;

Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make well-founded decisions;
