Conducting client meetings and presentations outside the office to attract small and medium business (SMB) clients;
Advising clients on banking products and managing the current clients;
Achieving sales targets and expanding the client base;
Negotiating and building long-term relationships with clients and partners;
Analyzing market trends and needs of SMB clients;
Participating in training events to improve skills.
Proven sales experience and strong communication skills (experience in a bank or financial institution of at least 1 year is an advantage);
Knowledge of the small and medium business market;
Higher education (preferably in economics) or secondary professional education;
Confident user of MS Office programs (Word, Excel);
Ability to work effectively under stress and in a fast-changing business environment;
Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
