Partnership Programs Specialist (Business Development Department)

Responsibilities

Managing existing partnership projects (quality monitoring, terms, KPIs);

Initiating new partnerships with payment systems, fintechs, and terminal network owners;

Coordinating the onboarding process of new partners (technical/legal alignment, documentation, deadline control);

Analyzing and optimizing top-up/payment channels through partner points;

Negotiating tariffs, commission terms, and promoting Bank-beneficial conditions;

Monitoring the market and proposing initiatives to expand the partner ecosystem;

Collaborating with internal departments (IT, legal, finance, risk) on partnership project implementation;

Preparing reports and analytics on traffic, commissions, and volumes via partner channels.

Requirements

Experience in launching new services/products (preferred).

Work experience in a bank, fintech, telecom operator, or payment systems;

Knowledge of the local payment and service platform market (PAY24, UMAI, Onoy, etc.);

Understanding of how cash-in terminals, agent networks, and API integrations work;

Strong negotiation, project management, and documentation skills;

Ability to work with analytics (Excel, pivot tables, basic reports);

Communicative, responsible, and proactive personality;

Understanding of agent settlement principles (preferred);

Basic knowledge of API/integration technical processes (preferred);
