Conducting necessary activities to attract potential clients;

Monitoring and servicing the current loan portfolio to maintain and develop a quality portfolio for the department;
Knowledge of other banking products and recommending them to potential clients. In case of client interest, guiding them to the relevant department to the credit expert responsible for the product;
Continuous self-education and professional development, training interns on the principles and technology of lending.
Secondary specialized economic/higher economic education;
At least 1 year of experience in lending;
Knowledge of financial analysis based on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) system
Excellent communication skills.
