Developing the strategy for the product line in the areas of transactions, cards, operations, and lending;
Creating the product roadmap and overseeing its implementation;
Defining the target market, customer segments, and value proposition;
Conducting competitor research and analyzing product opportunities in the Kyrgyz Republic and the region;
Preparing business requirements and technical specifications for new products and enhancements;
Collaborating with IT, processing centers, payment systems, and both internal and external stakeholders;
Overseeing the launch and development of debit cards, payment services, and remote lending solutions;
Participating in the optimization of operational processes, increasing automation, and reducing transaction costs;
Supporting marketing and sales in bringing products to market.
Proficiency in agile project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban);
Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools;
Strong analytical mindset, ability to articulate product value and justify business cases;
At least 6 years of experience in the banking sector, fintech, or related fields;
In-depth expertise in transactional, card, and operational domains; experience in lending is an advantage;
Skills in business process description and modeling, as well as preparing technical specifications;
Knowledge of NBKR regulatory requirements and international payment system rules;
Proficiency in Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
