Conduct analysis of the banking sector of the Kyrgyz Republic,
Participate in the preparation of various reports.
Monitor the Bank’s compliance with economic standards and requirements set by the NBKR,
Develop financial strategies, plan budgets, and prepare the Bank’s business plans,
Prepare monthly reports on the implementation of the business plan, analyze financial activities, and forecast financial results,
Analyze the Bank’s overall performance as well as that of its regional and structural units; based on the analysis, prepare proposals for Management to improve efficiency,
Develop proposals for optimizing the Bank’s financial and economic activities,
Approve the expenses of structural divisions within the approved budget,
Prepare current and short-term liquidity forecasts,
Higher economic education (economics, finance),
Proficient PC skills, advanced level in Excel,
Knowledge of finance, accounting, financial statement analysis, and other financial aspects,
Understanding of banking legislation and regulatory acts,
Knowledge of basic banking operations,
Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make well-founded decisions,
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and interact with other departments,
Fluency in Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
