Higher education in economics/finance;
Continuous work experience in the financial and banking sector for at least 2 years;

Knowledge of banking legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and requirements of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
