1. General Provisions

1.1

Promotion Title: "Vacation at the Bank’s expense". Pay with Visa Platinum and Signature cards of KSB Commercial Bank and win a trip and other prizes (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion)!

1.2

The Promotion is organized by KSB Commercial Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank). The Promotion is conducted using Visa cards issued by the Bank.

1.3

Territory of the Promotion: Kyrgyz Republic (territory of placement of advertising and information materials).

1.4

The purpose of the Promotion: to stimulate non-cash transactions using premium Visa Platinum and Signature cards, increasing customer loyalty, supporting card issuance and strengthening the Bank’s image.

1.5

Duration of the Promotion: from September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (inclusive). The results will be summed up and the winners will be awarded in January 2026.

1.6

Nature of the Promotion: This Promotion is incentive-based and does not constitute a lottery, gambling, or betting. Participation in the Promotion is free and does not require separate registration.

2. Participants of the Promotion

2.1

Participants of the Promotion: legally capable individuals – clients who are residents of the Kyrgyz Republic (resident status is determined based on the Bank's registration data) who are holders of valid Visa Platinum and Visa Signature cards issued by the Bank. Visa Classic cards does not participate in the promotion.

2.2

The following are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: Bank employees, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children), affiliated entities, individuals under 18 years of age, and individuals with limited legal capacity. If such cases are identified, participation results will be annulled, and the prize will be awarded to the next Participant in the ranking.

3. Conditions of Participation

3.1

During the Promotion, the Participant makes cashless payments for goods and services using Visa Platinum and Visa Signature cards issued by the Bank.

3.2

Transactions taken into account: — payments via POS terminals in trade and service enterprises; - online payments (E-commerce / VPOS).

3.3

Geography and currency of transactions: transactions made in any country in the world and in any currency are taken into account.

3.4

Minimum amount of one transaction: 200 (two hundred) soms or equivalent in another currency.

3.5

The following are not included in the Promotion: cash withdrawals (ATM/cash desk), any ATM transactions; refunds/ chargebacks; transfers between your accounts/cards; account/wallet top-ups; other transactions expressly excluded by the Visa program rules.

4. Prize Fund

4.1

Grand Prize: A certificate for a tour for two to Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam. The winner must redeem the certificate no later than November 30, 2026.

4.2

Intermediate prizes: one (1) prize per month – in September, October, November, and December 2025 (4 prizes in total). The names and composition of the monthly prizes will be determined by the Bank and published in the promotional materials. Each Participant may receive no more than one intermediate prize, while retaining the right to receive the grand prize.

4.3

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for all taxes and other mandatory fees associated with receiving their prizes.

Primary selection criterion: the winner is the Participant who has completed the greatest number of eligible transactions during the relevant Promotion period. In the event of a tie in transactions, the Participant with the greater total number of transactions completed during the Bank's Promotion period will have priority.

The specified criterion applies to both the intermediate prize winners and the grand prize winner. Intermediate results: one "Prize of the Month" winner is determined monthly based on the results of the corresponding calendar month (September, October, November, December). The monthly winner cannot win the intermediate prize again.

Main prize: determined based on the total results for the entire promotion period (01.09–31.12.2025).

If speculative transactions are detected, the Bank reserves the right to exclude such transactions from participation in the Promotion.

6. Procedure and Terms for Awarding Prizes

6.1

The names of the winners will be published on the Bank's official website (www.ksbc.kg) and on the Bank's social media pages within 15 (ten) business days of the end of the Promotion. The names of the winners of interim prizes will be published within 10 (five) business days of the end of each reporting period.

6.2

Responsible Bank employees will notify winners of their winnings using the contact information specified in the Bank's database (phone call, SMS message). If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the announcement of the results, their victory will be forfeited and the next Participant in the ranking will be awarded the prize.

6.3

To receive the prize, the winner must appear at the branch designated by the Bank with an identity document (passport). The Bank reserves the right to request additional documents confirming compliance with the terms of the Promotion.

6.4

Certificate Receipt Deadline: The Grand Prize winner must appear to receive the certificate within one calendar month of the Bank's official notification. Failure to appear within the specified timeframe will result in the prize being forfeited and transferred to the next highest ranked Participant.

6.5

Prize Transfer to a Close Relative: The winner has the right to transfer the certificate to a close relative (spouse, parents, children) upon written notification to the Bank and provision of documents confirming the relationship. The person receiving the certificate does not acquire the status of a Participant in the Promotion.

6.6

Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Participant's consent to the publication of their first and last name, as well as photographs, in the Bank's marketing materials related to this Promotion. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. If the winner refuses to comply with the terms of this clause, their victory will be forfeited and transferred to the next Participant in the ranking.

6.7

Photo and Video Content: The winner of the promotion undertakes to take photo and video materials during the trip and submit them to the Bank no later than 10 business days from the date of the trip for the preparation of a video report and publication of these materials on the Bank's social media pages. Submission of the materials means: — the winner’s consent to the use of his image; — transfer to the Bank of non-exclusive rights to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display the specified materials for marketing and information purposes. If the winner refuses to comply with the conditions of this paragraph, the victory is cancelled and transferred to the next Participant in the ranking.
